African Bank
Unacceptable!!!

On 24 Dec I went to African Bank in the Galleria Centre. I am trying to see what loan I qualify for in order to settle my existing accounts. I am then told that there is system problem and it will take 48 hours to get sorted out. No alternatives were offered. What kind of system problem? Everybody else there were being assisted! I then contacted the call centre today 27 Dec only to be told again that there is a system problem. What is the problem, there is no problem when my installments are being deducted? I need this matter to be addressed urgently because I have been a customer for sometime now and I have never experienced a problem like this. I don't have time to keep running up and down to branches only to be told sorry - system problem
