Water Leaking

On Sunday 15 phone in the afternoon to report water leaking. The consultant was Verna Penn. Words cannot compliment her enought on the way she tried to see that I would get water as I had to turn the mains off most of the time, turning on only to fill jugs etc. I was continually contacted and asked how things were going. The Emergency Assist came the very next day and were able to ascertain that it was the Geyser. Ms Penn phoned each day to enquire whether a Plumber had come. The Assist people also tried what they could but Ms Penn insistence in following thru I eventually got a plumber who would come out on the Friday ariving at 7.30pm. I had made things slightly difficult by refusing to have Wilson Plumbers anywhere near my property and everybody with exceptional effort especially by Ms Penn tried and make sure that I would have water by the week-end. She went more than the extra mile and I hope that First 4 Woman make sure that this Diamond is complimented for the extra effort that was continually made to help and assist me. To Mx Penn you have no idea what your help meant to me. One more than grateful and impressed customer. Come on people join 1st 4 Woman
