A genl complaint with the final straw on fri the 20th december we were standing in a long que outside waiting to draw money next moment security opened acces to machine to fill with cash resulting in machine goiing offline no one from the branch came out to advise customers about situation resulting in clients standing there not knowing what is happening after about 15 mins manager came out ignored customers and joined security in safe room still another 10 mins went past and manager has walked past customer a few times with no comment when i went in to find out what is happening we got ignored and only fter losing my temper were we informed we are welcome to use other atms this is not a single occurance on numerous occasions there is problems with no cash in machine or either ofline then on saturday again when whe went to draw money the machine was out of money again with a que of people standing trying to draw money understanding it is holiday times but better planning is needed when asking why they do not put up a sign informing clients of situation we were again ignored this is again a recurring situation in knysna every end of the month there are problems with the atm
