Money in Bank Account in just over 4 hours!!

Decided to cash in an old Investment Builder policy as I am going to London to meet my new grandchild. My FA, Bruce Lister sent through the necessary forms and requirements. I sent the email with scanned documents @ 09.45. Received an SMS at 14.30 that the money was in my account.
