I submitted a policy change via email on the 5/6 to opspcd@... and then again on the 22, 27, 3/7 and 4/7 after receiving form letter emails stating that they had not received the necessary documentation. No specifics.

The only documentation required according to the website is a 1 page beneficiary update form which I completed for 2 of my policies, scanned in and emailed to opspcd@...( as indicated on the form) on all occasions mentioned above.

I've even CC'd a copy of the email to another address to make sure the attachments were coming thru properly.

The email I just received

"As per our previous correspondence. Please be advised that we are unable to process your policy change due to the following requirements that are still outstanding.
Your request has been ended due to non-receipt of requirements. We will only address your new request once all requirements have been received: Thank you for contacting Liberty..."

A standard response that explains nothing and shows that no one is taking the time to read the emails properly that I have sent to them WITH the necessary forms attached!

I've sent the forms yet again!
