My Liberty resigned and Bruce took over her work. He wanted a doc to be signed changing my account to his name. I was unable to meet up with him then, never stated that I didn't want to meet up with him at all. Months later he requested I complete the same doc. I did so and asked him question regarding my savings account. He gave me such attitude and had no email etiquette. He refused to help me saying that he is not willing to lose his licence cause I did not want to meet and he cant pick up my detail. He never asked me again to meet up with him. I would have if he asked. When I pointed out to him that he needs to be professional he told me that he was. I was advised that my initial consultant opened my account with Stanlib as they are sister companies. Surely if my initial liberty consultant did a stanlib account for me, they will still be able to pick up my info, if not why did I need to change my profile to his name. I reported it to the complaints dep who responded a MONTH later saying that I misunderstood the consultant and he did not intend to be rude. There was no apology for bad service. I am so disgusted in Liberty that they find bad service acceptable.
