I had an accident and sprained my left ankle during the whole incident. Getting through to MiWay to lodge the claim took the best part of three days. When I finally managed to get through, I explained to them that I wouldn't be able to operate a manual vehicle because of my problem with the ankle. I pleaded and explained my situation. They weren't willing to budge and basically told to see to finish. Having been with them for over four years I expect better courtesy from them. Now I have to fork out R4500 from my own pocket to get an automatic car. Their unwillingness to budge is quite shocking.
