Limit on Credit Card differs from signed quation

I've been speaking to incompetent consultants about a so called complaint which they have logged to correct a card limit irregularity.
On Monday 27 Jan, one month after applying for a card, I started speaking to Mr Empty Promise S Naidoo who daily promised to sort the problem out and call me back.
5 Days later and I'm still spending 30 mintues a day on a phone line, not even getting to speak to Mr Empty Promises anymore.
Yesterday he promised the problem will be fixed in half an hour and he will phone me back AND he will ask a switching agent to call me as well. Guess what?
24 Hours later and not Mr Empty Promises nor his boss is willing to take my calls, and incompetent consultatns are still trying to pass my case from one to another becasue thye can't fix the problem.
Pretty useless service for a so called "platinum" service.
Shows you it's all in the branding. No real platinum service when you look behind the scenes on corporate level.
