I applied for a home loan application on the 20th November 2013. I lodged a previous complaint and Lucy Mofokeng was assigned to my case. The next day I received a call from her requesting documents I have lodged the previous day. They only keep on requesting documentation that has already been lodged and which according to me is a delay method.
The documents they require have been forwarded to them with a proper explanation, yet they still require the same documentation.
Is there a competent person out there who can assist?
