I would like to take this opportunity to inform all & say Thank you very much to Mrs. Ina Raath at ABSA Home loan department at Centurion Branch for excellent customer service. in a very professional manner & deliver the positive out come on time.

My Home loan application was delay for various reasons & I was about to give up my banking relation ship with ABSA I had for last 20 years. Luckily my self & my wife met Ina & explain the situation. within a day she manage to get relevant people in to a meeting with us & re lounge the application with understanding what was the delay.

Even though I met many ABSA personal during last 20 years Ina was outstanding with the professional approached to the matter on behalf of the bank & for our self as a long standing customer.
