What a joy to talk to informed personell!

In this day and age it's very easy to complain about bad service and forget to compliment good service. I have the pleasure of complimenting 2 individuals from standard bank namely Geronomus and Buyiswa.

I want to amend some terms on my bond loan and considered what to do, after phoning Standard Bank home loans Geronomus was very helpful in explaining what my options are but stated that I need to talk to the credit restructuring department, there I spoke with Buyiswa who was equally helpful and knowledgeable.

so to both of them I would like to extend my gratitude and compliments! professional and exceptional service from both individuals!
