Take my money whith out warning

I have a fnb smart spend loan at fnb and this morning thy took r3975 from my acout because my acout is in areas but i have lost my job a year a go and then i had no income to pay the payments of the loan.i have started 2 months ago at my new job and they must have seen there is money in my acout so they just took it whith out any warning.and that was my whole salary for the month so now i dont have any money left.when i phone them they just told me they cant refund my money.i realy hope u can help me get some of my money back!! so that i can just have something for the month
