ON THE 27TH OF NOVEMBER MY SWIMMING POOL PUMP STOP WORKING I TRY TO REPORT THE CLAIM SINCE THE 27TH BUT DUE TO HIGH CALL VOLUMES I COULD ONLY GET THROUGH ON THE 2ND OF DECEMBER THE ASSESOER ALREADY REPORT BACK TO US ON THE 13TH OF DECEMBER THAT THEY ARE WAITING FOR ABSA I REPORT AN ACTIONLINE TO ABSA WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE ONLY A REFERENCE NUMBER THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECT OF MY INSURANCE I WILL CHANGE TO OTHER INSURANCE IN DUE COURSE
