Standard Bank
Why such slow service?

I know it is Friday and the queues are bound to be extremely long but the slow service is unacceptable. Other branches handle this problem so well but here it's quite different. Plus with only 3 tellers available it is not helping. I love Standard Bank but it needs to improve.
