I went to Standard Bank Bara Mall on 18 Oct 2013 to make a reversal and I was advised by Lebo that the funds will be reversed back into my account on Monday 21 Oct 2013. Seeing that nothing was happening I went back to Standard Bank Bara Mall again on 21 Oct 2013 to check what was the problem since the reversal was not done. I waited in the line for 1Hour 5min at the inquiries because the consultants (a coloured gentleman, a black lady and a black gentleman) were horribly slow, I eventually got through only to be told that the reversal form was not yet handed over and that it is going to take about 3 days for the reversal to reflect in my account. Being surprised and disappointed by the service at the Bra Mall, I went to Maponya Mall waited 10 min in the line an the reversed funds were in my account within 24 hours which is excellent. BARA MALL IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, TEACH YOUR ENQUIRIES STAFF MANNERS AND HOW TO WORK MORE QUICKER AND TEACH THEM SOME RESPECT CUSTOMERS. TELL US IF THERE IS A "GO SLOW" HAPPENING THERE SO THAT WE CAN GO TO OTHER BRANCHES.
