Had some major admin problems at Dial Direct recently. Call Centres are mainly pretty useless - they often turn into parrots repeating the same thing without understanding the customer, the actual problem... etc
When the irritation and anger gets too big I ask for a supervisor or higher.
To the rescue came Kriben Naicker. Intelligent, affable, good knowledge, good communicator and solutions driven. The cherry on top: Kriben phones one back to check up etc!
