Got 2 bikes out of garage! Behind LOCKED gates!! Was treated so bad after being with Dial direct for 11 years and not claiming ONCE!! They treat us like the enemy... We lost mega mega mega money because of this!! Our security is very good!! They are bad insurance company!! Not good service at all!! Treat you like something you drag from the street! not happy at all! Moving insurance!! Learned the hard way!! they have been making money out of us for 11 years... BAAAD MOVE DIAL DIRECT!! We are the good people, hope it comes back to you guys in the future!!! Dissapointed!!
