Computer share are handling the sale of my BAW shares. We were advised that the proceeds of the sale would be credited to our accounts by the 4th December.
This has still not happened.
After numerous calls to them, I keep getting excuses such as " we don't have your correct banking details" even after submitting two sets of forms to " you will be paid on Wednesday or Friday"
Some two and a half weeks later, still nothing!
It seems the call centre agents are very well versed in giving their customers inaccurate and misleading information.
Any reason for them to keep my money, and not to transfer it to me.
When asked if I would be receiving interest, it was a categorical NO!
TOTALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...
