4 months waiting for repairs

I had an accident in July. To date my car is still not sorted out as this insurer utilises incompetent panel beaters and don't monitor their progress. Its been 4 and half months of paying for a car that is just not being sorted. While Forbes just keep giving me the run around. The insurer did not even offer me a car I am just so frustrated. I escalated to their senior management to date I am still without my car. How pathetic!!
