Application for loan

I applied to consolidate my debts after incessant calls and sms's that I qualify for a loan in excess of R100 000. I asked the official over the phone how do I qualify and told that they have scrutinized my credit profile. I guess without my permission. I then applied on 13 Dec, 2013 and told that I had been approved for R105 000 on condition that I supply the necessary settlement letters. The loan was to have wiped a whooping R7000 from my present instalments. Between my first interaction with the bank till today I spend money hopin the loan would soon be paid into my account, but got the shock of my life when told that I have been declined. This bank is gonna tarnish my credit record as I wont be able to pay my debts come end of this month. They should not have contacted me in the first place. They raised my hopes. Now this.
