Bad driving

Good day,
Yesterday (15/10/2013) I was driving on the N1 to work, I took the Samrand off ramp towards Samrand road (left at the robot). I was standing at the robot to turn left, and on my right hand side was a Afrisam Cement tanker. As the robot turned "Green" the tanker was suppose to make a wide turn to stay in the right lane (stay in the right lane if he wants to turn left, 2 lanes turn left and 2 lanes turn right) as the tanker turned, he turned wide and came over into my lane (left) nearly pushing me against the pavement. I hooted to the driver to alert him and he still came into my lane, without going back to the right lane. As I passed by him he hooted at me as to think that I'm the one at fault.
