I have settled my vehicle finance with ABSA and have been asked to contact the call center on 0860 669 669, after putting in the required details and been shunted around by an automated voice prompting system and being told numerous times: 'we apologize for the delay' and 'your call will be answered by the first available agent' I have been hung up on after the first 10 minute call.

I have called back now and after a further in excess of a 10 minute waiting experience again... the reason for my call is though after my settlement going through monies have still been deducted from my account and i would like my vehicle documents.

Funnily enough when ABSA wants something it happens instantaneously, I remember quite clearly now why I am moving all and closing my accounts with ABSA.
