Why is FNB using Digital Planet!?

Good day,
I have been with FNB since Jan 2013 and receive exceptional service
It is thus unfortunate that a third party should be the source of my extreme frustration at this point
I ordered a smart device on the 27th of December, everything went smooth. I then started to follow up on the order. Premier Banking was very helpful in this regard
I finally received a phone call from Digital Planet on Jan 28, asking for a delivery address and saying delivery will take place in 3 to 5 workdays. I received NO further communication from them. I followed up regularly as the week progressed and every time I was promised that delivery should be soon and that my order will be escalated or given to a supervisor
On workday 4 I contacted them again and I was informed that dispatch has not taken place and that no escalation or other request has been made on my order. Excuses were made by digital planet and an early morning VIP delivery was promised, accompanied by an early morning call to confirm. None of these materialised. When I called them again, I was told delivery will be in the afternoon. These empty promises are detrimental to FNB's credibility and are very frustrating to plan arround
