InterAfrica does not allocate funds effeciently

As and employer to an employee we have endless problems with Inter Africa posting his wages. I deposited his wages last week Thursday and he still has not been allocated his funds, despite presenting them with full documentation. This man slept on the road last night because after hours he went to withdraw and he found that his money was still not in. 7 days to allocate monies is ridiculous. I do not understand how the can call themselves a financial institution.

Today we faxed and called the call centre again. The incompetent women tells me that all managers are in a meeting and then eventually cuts me off as my irritation escalated. Totally unprofessional.
