Escission of judgement

The day I was told by the PE office they are closing for December I knew that would be the end of any assistance as the call centre has never been helpful. I decided to try my luck thinking I was judging them harshly only to be proven right. Please assist as this is my last resort. I settled my account in November and paid R498.00 for the rescission to be removed on the 20/11. All relevant documents were received from the creditor and handed to the lawyers on the 27/11 when calling the call centre they confirm all docs were sent through by Lucinda. Correct me if I am wrong am I not entitled to feedback as too how far the process is, have they attended to it, gone to court, got a date..etc. I paid the money in good faith but now feel it would have been better to take a day's leave and attend to it myself. Reading the complaints I see this is not an isolated incident so please can I get feedback as to how far the process is or refund me so I can do it myself.
