Got charged for a card that EXPIRED

I received a sms from FNB to say that my card will expire in December 2013. I went the first Saturday to collected my card. When I checked my balance the Monday I saw that I was charged for the card. I call the branch and they said they going to send the call to there Head office and they will let me know. I checked my balance two days later and still nothing. I then call the branch and wanted
someone
to assist me but all
the consults was busy so the receptions took my details and told me that David will call, I'm
still waiting for David to call me.
I then called again and asked for David and he already left because FNB was offline.
I want my money back today still or I'm taking my money to a different bank.
