I was robbed of my card at the atm

Good day
On Saturday 8th June 2013, i went to withdraw money at the fnb branch in pta north. There was a que and soon it was my turn to withdraw money.
I struggled to insert my card and was adviced to press enter first before using it machine.
I then continued to insert my card and as I busy the person who was before me returned to request for the slip, which i had missed to see earlier because I have glucoma.
I took the slip to give it back to the person.
I then returned to my transaction but realised that my card was taken away.

The security needed to be called from where ever he was. He was not willing to assist and very reluctant to call the call centre. That made me think that he knew the people involved and that i was being targeted.
I have witnesses Mrs Sinah Khoza and David Khoza 8468 ext 2 Soshanguve cell number 0826401821.

They are willing to testify of what they saw as well.
The security on duty that day was Alpheus Beta who was not on the scene.
