Deduction on a wrong date

Really African Bank is this the best service you can offer your clients. I don't believe that I am complaining about the same issue. I feel totally disrespected. I am happy that this is the last payment and I know am going to struggle getting my change. I will never ever have anything to do with you and your group of companies again. I will spread the word around. I am not surprised that your company is going under. On the 19/10/2013 I wrote the ff complaint:

Its not the first time that I am getting this unacceptable service from you. The contract that I signed stipulated that if my pay day falls on a Weekend you will deduct your money on the following weekday. Why now did you deduct before my pay day? This is against the arrangement and the contractual obligation. My bank statement now shows a returned debit order because of your incompetence. This is going to give me a bad credit record. This is not acceptable at all. The way you are doing business is so unprofessional I even fail to describe it. are you going to remove that unsuccessful collection from my Bank Statement???
