FNB Homeloans Cancellation Dept - NO SERVICE

On 06/10/2012 I requested cancellation of my bond for my homeloan to take my house out of the CC and reregister it on my name.
After numerous email (and I already paid the attorneys who they appointed to handle the cancellation in December) this is still not done.
I get no feedback from them, no response on my emails.
I think FNB should cancel all their ads about how wonderful their service is because it is non existant.
