Standard bank bad service as per usual

Did an online application 2 weeks ago for a blue bean credit card.only to find out is was dectinde today (after i had to phone them).i phones a lot of times during this past 2 weeks and everyone just says WAIT ANOTHER DAY.today it was declined deu to documents not sent... Plz not this has been sent via e-mail on the 2-12-2013.why couldnt anyone tell me this earlier and why must i phone for service..bad bad bad..thats why my wife moved to fnb.
