I recently switced to FNB and have had a MUCH better a banking experience. The time it took me to open a new account and credit card was less than I was in the queue at Absa. Since then I've tried to cancel my accounts and their computers are ALWAYS down. I battle to get into the bank as it is because of work and now I have to keep going back.

I've been in 3 separate occasions and had their system down.

Glad I switched - just wish I could be rid of Absa completely - and I will be if they ever get their computers working.
