FNB Forex call center incompetent

I would like to register my displeasure with this bank. This morning I called to get my incoming forex to be credited into my account. After being on the line for some time the lady told me that their system is down and she will call me as soon as its up. She did not call and after lunch I called and spend almost 20mins with another lady who asked for all different information, we had to cut the call so I get her the last two things she wanted and she promised that when I call I will only have to give those two outstanding information. When I called for the 3rd time I was asked again new questions needless to say I still have not got help over R100 of my airtime is gone calling a bank that treats it's client as if they doing us a favour. The slogan how can we help you it's just lips service. FNB has no idea on what is customer care I am considering moving to a bank that understand that I am running a business and can't spent all my resources trying to have my bank facilitate transactions.
