Cannot get any information when we suspect

Last year June I requested information regarding the funds available in my trust as I suspected that unauthorized funds was being taken out of my trust. I filled out all the paperwork and sent a copy of my I.D as required, Needless to say i did not receive any feedback from anyone.25 June 2013 on my birthday my trust paid out and i was shocked to see the amount that was paid out. I contacted the trust and i spoke to Fatima to ask her for a complete statement for the last 5 years. She refused to give me any information and she said that the matter has been resolved with a third party.

Why is it that you cannot give me a statement?
Why did you "resolve" it with a third party when i am the beneficiary and i am 21 years old?

I contacted the trust numerous times last year to ask for information that was flat out denied to me.

The suspected individuals is not the only one's guilty, the shier negligence of the trust is also to blame.
