ITC LISTING - TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY

I had an Incred card financed though JD Financial and from the start, this was a total disaster. The card was only used for about 3 months, and thereafter I did not buy again. If their accounts did not show arrears, then their statements were totally up. I took out a loan at African Bank to Settle this account and during October 2012, spoke to Kim at JD Financial, who gave me a figure. I paid a straight amount of R9000.00 into their account. Well lo and behold, I tried to get Car Financing, only to learn that this illilerate company had listed me on the Credit Bureau and now NO BANK WANTS TO GIVE ME FINANCE... I telephoned their offices on various occasions, the last having held on the phone for an hour, after been constantly cut off the phone. They could not give me an answer as to what heppened. Now I get told that I still owe them R7500? U kidding me? I cannot believe that this company is allowed to exist, nor can I believe that the Credit Bureaus even take their stories and just list innocent people in the process. I paid up an account with them for HIFi with NO PROBS... Sort out this Problem.. NOW... and delist me immediately. to avoid legal action.
