Absolutely no help after several promises

In June 2012 I made a payment to one of my beneficiaries whom I make payments to every month. To date the payment is not reflecting in their account. I have visited the FNB branch on 2 occasions. I then make use of their telephones to contact the call centre. I have been given reference number: RN13090941914 and have been promised feedback on 2 occasions. No feedback has been received. The said beneficiary is also my biggest client and this situation has caused me a great deal of embarrassment and now the beneficiary is demanding payment and threatening to cancel my contract with them.
This is totally unacceptable and FNB is now causing damage to my business.
