ON SUNDAY 8TH DECEMBER 2013 I WENT TO AN ATM TO WITHDREW SOME MONEY AT THE SHOPRITE COMPLEX IN EXT.5 ELDORADO PARK.I DID EVERYTHING AS PER USUAL.BUT TO MY SURPRISE THE MACHINE STATED THAT I HAD INEFFICIENT FUNDS.THEN MY CARD DIDN'T COME OUT OF THE ATM. I THEN CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE LINE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT R850.00 WAS WITHDREW OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE THE MATTER.ITS BEEN TEN (10) DAYS AND I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM.I WOULD LIKE IT IF HELLOPETER CAN JUST CLARIFY ME ON THIS MATTER.
