Hello Team. I trust that all is well. On Monday the 16/12/2014 I called for assistance regarding my internet and mobile banking. I advised the consultant that I couldn't make any transactions, however it was like she wasn't listening to me as I had to repeat myself numerous of times. The consultant gave an attitude after understanding what the problem is. She then finally transfered me over to the support team. After staying on hold for about 5 minutes, she dropped the call. I've been paying for a service I cannot use. Also when I created my account with Absa, I requested for an account that would suite my needs (I do alot of transactions) the consultant places me on a savings account. I would like to cancel my absa account please guys. I loved Absa however, this has now changed. Will never ever recommend your company to others. P.S I'm a trainer in the call centre industry, we always get alot of newbies that I recommended to ABSA, this is about to change.
