STANDARD BANK'S U COUNT IS A SHAMBLES!

I was wondering if I was the only person experiencing problems with Standard Bank's U Count? The incompetence is unbelievable. No answers, call centre cannot help. Manager/esses do not call you with reverts. The problems are always being escalated, but nothing get's done, ever. I bought a washing machine via u count at the beginning of September 2013, to date it still does not work!! Cannot get anyone to fix it, but they said they have to repair. I cannot have it repaired as they will not pay for it!! Any solutions! Can someone get any answers for me? I'm about go to Consumer Watch... Thanks
