Need items urgently returned, 2 debit orders requested return on Saturday - Only to have a stop payment loaded - Once again requested yesterday - ONLY ONE RETURNED - PATHETIC - I am so upset I could just spit nails - I now have another two to return and really wonder if the call will be a waste again - Given the fact that one has to wait 24 Hours EVERYTIME and we are charged for this terrible service I am just appaulled
