CHANGE DEBIT ORDER DATE

I am very upset as Moneystar decided to change the date of my debit order from 31st to the 13th (with a couple hours of notice). I have tried to contact them to ask them to only put through the debit order on the 31st, I had no reply to my e-mails and all my attempts to call them were unsuccessful. It is very unprofessional and I would like to know WHO gave them the right to change dates as they please!!!
