My father passed away in july2012, old mutual contacted me in the beginning of november 2013 informing me that the pension fund that he had must be devided into 4 of which i confermed. yet ever since i have send numourace e-mails asking whats happening ect but to no avail. i have even send a e-mail saying if they dont respond within 24hours i will take legal action still no reply. I have been struggling financially for over a year now and Old Mutual shows no sympathy to me as a person. How can a pay out take a year and 5 months but when collecting monthly premuims there will be a prompt reaction???
