False replies on my complaint

I made an complaint last week about how my account had been handed over to attorneys costing me a further R900 after I was refused the opportunity on numerous occasions.

What I find alarming is how this company can put false replies onto my complaint.
I clearly states that the matter has been resolved with me.

I have continued to try and call Cap. F several times and left messages for their supervisor Faiek davids or the manager to call me. Nothing is resolved and anyone who reads this complaint or my previous.

Please understand that when a reply is put on the complaint of mine stating that the matter is resolved it is entirely false. I am yet to speak to someone. I am yet to get any feedback or resolution regarding this mess.
