The worst possible service!

I am utterly disgusted at the service I recieved from Miway. I reported my ipad screen to be cracked on 5 August 2013. This after advice from a collegue of mine, who is insured by Outsurance. We actually put in a claim on the same day. The following day, the 6th, he was called by Miway to bring in his ipad, someone from the cellphone repair company came to the office, took his ipad, repaired the screen and handed it back to him an hour later! Not so with Miway. I was told by Simone that someone from the repair company will call me on the 6th. They didn't, they only called on the 7th, and came to pick up my ipad later in the afternoon (no fixing while you wait). On Mon 12th, got a call to say that there is "no stock" so I will have to wait for my ipad to be fixed. Wait I did, until yet another call on the 19th from a different repair company (who tells me the other company could not deliver so he was given my ipad) demands payment of excess (which I paid on the 8th) and tells me he will call. 2 hours later, nothing, I call him back, tells me instead of my ipad being delivered on the 19th, will be delivered on the 20th. No consultation whatsoever. Worst service EVERY.DISGUSTED!!!
