Broken Ipad screen

A while ago my ipad fell and the screen cracked. As the device was insured I contacted my insurance who sent me to Paragon computers to determine whether the ipad could be fixed or had to be replaced. Paragon computers determined that my screen could be fixed and the repairs were done, there were however some problems with the parts that they received thus the screen needed to be redone again. The problem persisted after the last fix and when I contacted Paragon computers again they agreed to replace my ipad after investigating the problem. Their service throughout the entire process was absolutely fantastic (they delivered and picked up the ipad from my office building everytime) and it is quite heartening to know that there are still service providers and suppliers out there who do care about their customer's opinions and who go the extra mile to provide briliant service. I really can recommend them as a trustworthy reliable service provider.
