I had an accident with my car, of which my car went in for repairs almost 3weeks ago. I was appointed a repairs consultant who was supposed to keep me updated on the process of my car. The repairs was supposed to be finished after a week and a half of which I had a courtasy vehicle for 15days. After my car was in for about 10days I received a text msg notifying me that my car is in the painting stages of the service. Last week I phoned the workshop to enquire on the process of my car, where I was informed that they are still awaiting a door. The mentioned repairs consultant up untill today, has never phoned me to inform me of the process of my car. In the meantime I had to return the courtasy car, and I'm still without a vehicle. All my telephone calls are to no avail because she's never available. I had to postpone my holiday plans because of this. If this is the service the paying clients get, than I can assure that I will be shopping for a better insurance company.
