I noticed on my June acc that i was charged R45.00 for Jet legal Plan which i normally pay R33.00, then i got a letter dated from Jet Financial Services explaining that the prememium will increase due to the Upgrade of adding two more benefits to the Plan and the letter also says that i have a right to call them if i don't want the Upgrade, which is exactly what i did. I called 0800 078 337 on 19th June spoke to Sebenzile explained to her my issue but she couldn't assist and then i called again on 25th June splke to Patricia who confirmed that she is not aware of the Upgrade and on her system there's nothing showing that my premium was increased from R33 to R45.00, so she said she will investigate the matter with Finance dept and call me back with feedback, i'm still waiting for her call today and i'm afraid that the same amount will be deducted on my July account.
