1. Logged a claim for hale damage to my property on the 28th November - No Reply
2. Went into the Key West branch on the 10th of December - where they could only give me the call centre number - no joy.
3. Logged a complaint as I did not have any feedback on the 11th of December - No Reply.
4. Send the quotes I got for the damages and send it thru to an email that were supplied.

To date no-one contacted me to get an assessor out to review the damage - in the meantime the damage are increasing each time it rain, as the roof are leaking. Paid to get the electric fence, as I could not wait for them - need to protect my family.

Not happy with this service provider.
