Capitec Bank
Debit Order Deducted 2weeks early!

When opening my account with Capitec Bank the arrangement was made to debit my account on the 27th of each month. Up until now this has happened on the 25th or 26th which I don't really have a problem with. However, they passed a debit on my account on the 13th Dec2013 exactly TWO WEEKS earlier than our agreed date, it makes me unhappy... very unhappy!
2 weeks worth of interest on the money is lost to me but Capitec benefits and the most important part is the trust and high regard I had for my new bank is at a low point.
I want the money back in my account plus the interest.
Customer service department just spews out what one can read in brochures and really don't understand the problem and how I am being disadvantaged by their actions.
