About 5 months ago i reported on hellopeter that i have been waiting for months for the contractor to come and finish his job the next day ABSA contacted me and said they will sort it out then an inspector arrived took photos asked questions did his report and sent it away then 4 to 5 months went by no news about the report then i asked my wife to contact them where she was promised by a women at claims division that some gentleman will contact me this went for a few days and many calls this is how they feel about us and wonder if this was at any of their houses. I think that is absolute POOR SHOW FROM ABSA that this is how they handle us as cliants and have this DON'T CARE ATTITUDE PLEASE HAVE THIS SORTED OUT.
