Nobody knows the proper PPP's for their department

There was a huge storm on the 28-11-2013 . there were various things damaged at my place including a huge whole in my roof which is still there! I then submitted a claim and was contacted by a consultant who then asked if they should send a contractor or if I preferred getting my own. I told the consultant that they should arrange a contractor . a week after that I called back and was told by another consultant that they do not have contractors any longer i should get a contractor. I then got the contractors and the quotes were submitted . there was then an automated response which read that a consultant would contact me shortly. Since that email its been more than a week and still nobody has contacted me. Meanwhile I have a small Baby at home and we have to live without ceilings and a whole in our roof. Come on Standard bank you are quick to take our money but very slow to pay out. I have logged complaints on STD bank website but they still do not respond. Could you please get someone to contact me and get this issue resolved as soon as possible as this is affecting myself as well as my family.
